I found it shocking that 5,600 UK banks have closed since 2015. While we can use the Post Office in the village for some basic banking, it's no replacement for an actual bank. Even more banks are due to close next year so lots more people are now starting to use online banking.
When you need to contact a company that doesn't advertise a phone number, what do you do? This happened to me recently, and I had to chat to them via their website. They also had ways to contact them by Facebook, Twitter and email, but what if I didn't have the internet?
⌛ Quick tip: Text too tiny on your phone? There's a way to make it bigger. Just go to your smartphone's settings. Press on the Accessibility or Display & Brightness section (name might vary by device). Then, adjust the text or font size to a larger setting for easier reading. That's it, no more squinting!
