When you need to contact a company that doesn't advertise a phone number, what do you do? This happened to me recently, and I had to chat to them via their website. They also had ways to contact them by Facebook, Twitter and email, but what if I didn't have the internet?
When 2 million people have never used the internet, this leaves so many of us with a bit of a problem.
