My top tips to boost your Wi-Fi speed...
1. Move your router a little higher and closer. Think of your router like a lightbulb where its signal radiates like light. Lighting the centre of the room fills more of the space. It would be a bit harder to read a book at bedtime if the light was tucked away in a cupboard!
2. Plug-in some of your devices to your router with an Ethernet cable. This makes sure your other devices aren't battling for the signal like hungry kittens competing for milk!
3. If you're feeling even more ambitious, changing Wi-Fi channels may be a good idea. Remember when you'd get interference on your TV from a taxi parked outside? The same happens with your Wi-Fi when your neighbours' routers are nearby. Each Service Provider is bit different but a quick Google search like "change the wi-fi channel on my BT hub" will bring up the right information for you.
